FULL LIST OF POLICIES FOR ONLINE GROUP SESSIONS:
CAMERA POLICY
Students MUST have cameras OFF for the entirety of the group session.
ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY FOR INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR
Swearing, lude messages, or harassment of any kind will result in being permanently banned. No refunds will be given. Determining what constitutes as swearing, lude messages, or harassment will be at the sole discretion of the tutor.
NO-SHOWS
If a Student is unavailable to meet with the tutor at the pre-appointed time, the lesson will be charged in full with no refund given.
CANCELLATIONS
Students must give at least 24 hours prior notice in which case no fees will in incurred. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of said appointment, the Student will be charged the full amount with no refund given. LATE ARRIVAL In the event a Student is late by 20 minutes or more, a Student will be charged the full amount of the lesson with no refund given.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, we will allow the client/tutor to decide the safest option. In the event of cancellation due to weather, the Student will not be charged for the session.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, no matter if prior notice was given. Exceptions may be made only in cases in which a Student cannot attend due to serious illness or the death of an immediate member of the Student’s family. Only under the extreme circumstances of a serious illness or death of a family member will a refund be considered. Official documentation may be required.
WHOLE AGREEMENT
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with regard to the subject matter thereof and the parties waive the right to rely on any alleged expressed or implied provision not contained herein. Any alteration to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
